Return Policy:

For any reason if you are not satisfied with our product, you can return it in its original condition within 30 days for refund or exchange. Engraved items & Custom orders can not be returned. Items that are damaged or used can not be returned.

How to Return:

1. Call our customer service for return authorization number.
2. Pack item securely & return all papers & certificate if any.
3. Do not write Gold, Diamond or Jewelry on package for security reasons.
4. Send your package by US Postal service & insure it for full invoice amount.

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the refund processing.

Engagement Rings without Center Diamond:

Most of our engagement rings are sold without center diamonds. Product description will clearly explain whether ring is sold with or without center diamond. You can order center diamond separately.

Ring Size:

We will make every attempt to provide correct ring size. If ring does not fit, we will resize it free within 30 days.

Custom Jewelry:

All custom jewelry will be made with great care. We will make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied. We do not refund on custom jewelry pieces.

Alternate Shipping Address:

We will ship to address other than your billing address. For security, that shipping address should be on file of your credit card company. This prevents frauds.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is only charged to shipping addresses in the state of Indiana.

To give you opportunity to view product in detail, product may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary. Our diamond & gemstone total weights are as per industry standard and may vary 0.05 ct from stated weights.
Items containing many diamonds, we list average quality grade for diamonds.

Conflict Diamonds:

We purchase diamonds from suppliers who follow the Kimberly Process, an international system that ensure the diamonds are from conflict free source.
